We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all of our eyewear products, effective from the date the customer (or patient) purchases it.
We offer a “part for part replacement”, meaning we do not provide a full frame replacement for a faulty part, unless, in the unlikely event of an issue encountered within the first 30 days of customer purchase, a legitimate breakage upon fitting or, a production variation to the original purchase.
Our Digital Warranty Policy will save you time and money. No more parts being returned to our office for warranty assessment in most circumstances. We also offer a 2:1 Stock Rotation Policy on our products, 12 months from the date of store purchase. This ensures any slow-moving stock can be rotated out for new and exciting products. Rest assured, you will never be ‘stuck’ with any of our eyewear.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your exchange/return. You will receive confirmation by email when your return is completed.
